Proactively took charge of design and execution
ISOI, a flagship symposium hosted by TruAbutment, required comprehensive visual branding across all touchpoints.

As the designer responsible for the visual identity, I developed and managed all design elements—from standing banners and program booklets to social media assets, presentation decks, and motion graphics.

I also led on-site execution and content capture, translating the event into strategic post-event content that strengthened TruAbutment’s brand presence within the dental industry.

Result: Generated $80K in direct sales and increased international brand visibility.
Design Direction & Concept
The visual identity drew inspiration from TruAbutment's brand blue and the San Diego sunset, creating a sophisticated color palette that reflected both corporate identity and local context. This cohesive branding extended across all event elements: the digital platform, sponsor graphics, table linens, and experiential signage. Every design decision prioritized attendee experience—from wayfinding to dining environments to reception spaces.

Digital Program Booklet Design
The digital program booklet served as a comprehensive event guide, housing essential information including venue maps, session schedules, sponsor details, speaker bios, and lecture descriptions. Designed to provide seamless access throughout the event, the booklet was optimized for mobile viewing—attendees could scan strategically-placed QR codes positioned throughout the venue to access event information instantly on their phones.
To reinforce brand coherence, I differentiated Day 1 and Day 2 using distinct brand color variations, creating visual organization while maintaining design unity. Sponsor advertisements were integrated thoughtfully within branded background designs, ensuring all partner content aligned with the ISOI visual system rather than disrupting the overall aesthetic. This approach transformed the program booklet from a static document into an interactive, accessible tool that enhanced attendee experience while strengthening brand presence at every touchpoint.

Pre-Event Social Media Campaign
To promote the ISOI symposium, I designed a series of social media posts launched three months prior to the event. The visual direction was inspired by the scenic landscape of Torrey Pines, incorporating elements of its renowned golf course and coastal views—translating the atmosphere of Torrey Pines into a refined visual language that elevated the overall campaign aesthetic.

Speaker introduction posts were designed to align with ISOI’s brand identity while clearly showcasing each speaker’s academic background and affiliations through recognizable institutional visuals.I also developed schedule-focused posts to present key event information in a clear and accessible format, ensuring visual consistency across all content.
Post-Event Brand Content Extension
Following the ISOI symposium, I developed a post-event social media campaign using on-site photography to extend the brand experience beyond the event.

I created custom ISOI-branded photo frames to maintain visual consistency across all content. The imagery captured key moments throughout the event, including attendees engaged in lectures, speakers presenting company products, and participants interacting with new innovations, as well as candid highlights from the reception.

This content system transformed live event moments into structured visual narratives, reinforcing ISOI’s brand presence and extending engagement beyond the physical experience.
